Ann is a Registered Dietitian with nearly twenty years of experience in both outpatient and clinical setting (St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Houston Medical Center) to private practice with a proven track record of counseling individuals and groups with successful outcomes. She is a self starter, as witnessed by seeing a need for an outpatient education center in our local community hospital and starting one from the ground up. Most important was the success of this program that reached full capacity in a short time, with high physician approval and phenomenal feedback from patients alike. 

Skilled in developing a motivating and very personal rapport with patients enabling patient success with regards to their individual nutrition and health goals. She is able to work as an integral part of the entire healthcare team to devise workable nutrition plans for patients. Ann works actively to stay abreast of current advances in medical nutrition therapy and has extensive experience in areas of weight loss, diabetes self management, cardiovascular, pediatrics and digestive health.
